At The Foundry, our mission is to forge a vibrant, united school community by empowering teachers, supporting students, and cultivating strong family partnerships. 

Our Core Goals:

1. Empower & Support Our Educators
   Provide teachers with vital classroom resources and ongoing appreciation initiatives to ensure they have the tools, backing, and energy needed to inspire our students every day.

2. Forge Student Character & Connection
   Help strengthen school culture by actively supporting the four Houses (Rêveur, Isibindi, Amistad, and Altruismo), funding house events, rewarding positive behavior, and encouraging friendly, school-wide competition.

3. Bridge Home and School Communities
   Help create meaningful opportunities for parents, families, and community members to get involved, volunteer, and actively participate in creating a welcoming, inclusive environment for all Parowan Elementary families.

4. Fund & Enrich School Programs
   Work with each House to organize impactful, community-focused fundraising efforts that directly fund student activities, campus improvements, and educational experiences beyond the standard classroom budget.
