Please Read Before Ordering:

• The Yellow Crewneck sweatshirt is available in adult sizes only.

• Sizing & Order Accuracy: Please double-check your order selections carefully prior to checkout. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring correct sizes and colors are selected.

• All Sales Final: Orders are final once submitted. The Foundry PTO and our supplier cannot offer refunds, returns, or size/item exchanges due to ordering errors.

• Defective or Damaged Items: If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, please notify the PTO at parowanpto.vicepresident@gmail.com within 5 days of distribution so we can arrange a replacement with our vendor.

• Order Deadlines & Batch Processing: All orders will be placed in bulk after the storefront closing date. Late orders cannot be processed until the next scheduled storefront opening (Winter). 

• Delivery Timeline: Orders are estimated to arrive at the school within 6–8 weeks following the order deadline.

• Distribution: Once delivered, orders will be distributed directly to students in their classrooms to bring home.

• Inventory & Substitutions: In the event that a specific size or style is out of stock with our vendor, a comparable brand of equal or greater quality will be substituted, or a refund will be issued for that item.
