Dear Parowan Elementary Families,

We love seeing the great response to our 2026–2027 spirit wear! Navigating sweatshirt orders has been a learning experience for our PTO, and we truly appreciate your support. Thanks to a generous grant from the Parowan Prevention Coalition, we were thrilled to provide free sweatshirts to families who completed our survey, as well as an online store option for others. 

We have received feedback that some of the sweatshirt sizes are running a bit smaller than expected. Because these garments were custom bulk-ordered, a majority with donated grant funds, our storefront and PTO are unable to process monetary refunds or standard exchanges.

However, our priority is making sure every student who ordered gets a sweatshirt that fits! To help our school community, we are launching the Parowan PTO Sweatshirt Swap Program.

How the Sweatshirt Swap Works:

1. Submit a Request Form: Fill out our quick Sweatshirt Swap Request Form for EACH request by Friday, October 2nd. (Link below) 

2. Drop Off the Unworn Sweatshirt: Between Now and October 2nd 2026, bring your child’s unworn, unwashed sweatshirt in a labeled bag (with your child’s name, teacher, and sweatshirt size) to the front office during the AFTERNOON.

3. 1-for-1 Size Exchange:

   • As returned sizes come in, we will swap them with other returned items that match your requested size.

   • If an exact size match is not immediately available in our swap inventory, the PTO will compile the final request list and work with individual families to come to a solution. 

Please Note:

• Sweatshirts brought in for exchange must be unworn and unwashed.

• Swaps will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis as forms and items are received.
